Corrections Policy

The Comfort Step aims to keep product comparisons and workplace footwear information accurate as models and specifications change.

What We Correct

We correct material factual errors such as an incorrect model specification, unsupported certification statement, wrong product feature, broken source that affects a claim, incorrect category assignment, or a comparison based on an outdated product version.

Product Updates

A new model release does not automatically make an older article wrong. We update content when the change materially affects the reader’s decision or when the referenced product is no longer a useful representation of the comparison.

How to Report an Error

Use our Contact Us page and include the page URL, the statement you believe is incorrect, and a reliable source when available.

How Corrections Are Applied

Minor wording or formatting fixes may be made without a separate notice. Material factual changes should be reflected in the updated article itself. We do not change publication or update dates merely to make content appear fresh.
